Hosting an open day, conference, church service, general assembly, or product launch?

🎟️ Paid Tickets: A Simple 3.5% Commission
No complicated plans or confusing tiers. We charge a flat 3.5% commission on each paid ticket sold, automatically deducted from your payout.

📱 Buyer Service Fee: 300 RWF / Ticket
To keep payment smooth for your attendees, a flat 300 RWF service fee applies to each paid ticket. Paid by the buyer at checkout, it is always clearly displayed before payment.
What does this 300 RWF cover? It covers all Mobile Money processing and instant SMS ticket delivery. You no longer need to worry about Mobile Money fees separately—everything is bundled into this single flat fee.

Is there a subscription fee or commitment?
None at all. We operate strictly on a commission model. A month with no sales means zero invoices.
Who pays the Mobile Money fees?
Neither side has to handle separate processing fees. The 300 RWF buyer fee covers both Mobile Money processing and SMS delivery.
Do buyers pay the service fee on free tickets?
Not at all! Free tickets stay at 0 RWF for both you and your guests.
What happens if I need to cancel my event?
We've got you covered: all buyers are immediately notified by email, tickets are cancelled, and refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
