The ticket is emailed within a minute of the payment being confirmed. Start by checking your spam folder and the spelling of the address you entered at purchase. If nothing arrives after 15 minutes, write to us with your Mobile Money phone number — that is what lets us find the order fastest.

This happens when the Mobile Money operator takes time to confirm. In the vast majority of cases the ticket is issued automatically as soon as we receive it. If nothing has moved after an hour, contact us: we settle it manually, and if the order did not go through you are refunded in full.

If the event is cancelled by the organiser, the refund is automatic and in full. In any other situation the refund policy is set by the organiser and shown on the event page, before purchase. If you disagree, write to us: we act as intermediary.

Yes. What counts at the door is the QR code, not the name. You can forward the email or a screenshot of the ticket. Careful: a ticket can only be scanned once, so share it with one person only.

You show the QR code from your phone — no printing, no app to download. An agent scans it and the screen turns green if all is well. Take a screenshot of your ticket in case the network is poor on site.

Create your organiser account, send your documents, and validation takes 48 hours. Then you publish your event, collect payment via Mobile Money and scan entries with your agents.

The payout is triggered after the event, once the claim period has passed. The applicable fees and the payout details are available in your organizer space.
